One of the worst massages I’ve ever had. Unprofessional staff, ineffective massage (the “sports tissue” massage was a joke), and a miserable environment. Felt rushed and pointless. Complete waste of money. ANSWER First of all, I am not your “mate.” You couldn’t find my appointment because it was booked under my partner’s name, not mine. That may be why you were unable to locate it. I had a relaxing massage, and unfortunately the pressure was far too light.
