I just know when my body needs a really strong massage from Adrian. He eliminates all the tight knots and is very knowledgeable on parts of the body and why they might be hurting. I trust his judgement and advice on how I move forward.
I have seen countless practitioners after the last 20 years so I know when I’ve found a good one. Adrian is highly experienced and knows who to work with deep tissue and fascia. He’s also the only practioner I’ve seen over the last 20 years who knows how to properly release neck tension. I love the feeling of getting in my car after our sessions and being able to turn my neck properly! Highly recommend.
We are incredibly lucky to have a Therapist of Adrian’s skill and experience practising out of Ocean Shores. His knowledge about musculature and biomechanics is vast, and he manages to be personable, approachable while also very professional. He can often give you exercises to follow up with to build on and compound the additional ease and movement you’ve just gained from the massage. I recommend ☺️
