Nerissa is a skilled practitioner who asks probing and insightful questions at the start of the session to ensure her therapies are targeting the right areas. She checks to ensure you have the right exercises and are doing them right. Kind and caring also. Highly recommend.

Nerissa is honestly the best person I have ever had that has done massages for me! She makes sure to modify the bed height and positioning for me so that it doesn’t aggravate my lower back (I don’t really like being on my tummy). I love how insightful she is about the body & movement and always gives me extra tips and stretches to help with my lower back (which she does not have to do).
