Nerissa is honestly the best person I have ever had that has done massages for me! She makes sure to modify the bed height and positioning for me so that it doesn’t aggravate my lower back (I don’t really like being on my tummy). I love how insightful she is about the body & movement and always gives me extra tips and stretches to help with my lower back (which she does not have to do). I was so happy when I was introduced to Nerissa a couple of years ago. She truly understands the body and has always been able to locate and work on the right muscles and fix my lower back issues. After having moved abroad, I am yet to find a massage therapist nearly as good as Nerissa. I was so happy to be able visit Nerissa again when I was back in the Northern Beaches for holiday recently.
Excellent experience with Nerissa. She took the time to listen and gave just the right amount of helpful advice, along with clear explanations for a few of my aches and pains. The massage itself really hit the spot, effective and well targeted. I felt in great hands throughout.
