Went to see Wayne the day I was travelling to the World Kickboxing championships, absolutely brilliant! A wealth of knowledge told me exactly what I needed to do and really helped me rather than going for the easy option of a massage he went through various movements and exercises to relieve my hamstring. Cannot recommend him enough!

Suffered with ongoing neck and shoulder pain had physio and sports massage at the clinic carried out by wayne in a clean and professional clinic environment. Full history taken and problem areas identified.wayne was able to treat each problem area quickly and efficiently and after first treatment session i had instant ease and the pain had reduced greatly. Great first session with Wayne. He got right into the issues with my traps and shoulders, taking a hands on approach with a deep tissue massage, and helpfully guided me through exercises for me to gradually treat those issues moving forward!
