Ren is a lovely person to deal with, kind and seems to know her job well. I’ve only had few sessions and I have very complex issues in my nerve roots, spine and neck. Even after a bad flare up, which in past last lasted 6-8 weeks, I’ve noticed more movement and reduction in pain and I feel this flare up pain getting more abit more manageable. I recommend to people battling with posture and desk based work issues.

I came to see Ren because she was highly recommended by a family member who insisted that Ren was lovely and very good at her job. I didn't have any expectations about what the service would be like other than I would walk out feeling relaxed after a massage. Ren's business operates out of a home which I didn't realize I'd love.
