Went yesterday for the first time Sasha was absolutely marvellous. Would recommend would highly recommend.
What a fabulous experience. 6 weeks ago I suffered a bout of sciatica with 2 sciatica bulges and a torn disc. The pain was so bad I could barely walk and hunched over. After 2 sessions with Emma the pain has subsided considerably and I can actually stand up straight. Customers service is impeccable with friendly staff at reception. Emmas knowledge and treatment plans far exceed the nhs physio apt I had. Thank you body works for providing a light at the end of the tunnel

Bodyworks has been a great help to me with ongoing back problems since a back op. Some years ago leaving me with ongoing issues. The staff are friendly, and do their very best with physio treatment given on a regular basis for me.
Ella was brilliant. She was meticulously thorough in her analysis and treatment of the problem. Her guidance on exercises and follow-up treatment was very clear and very helpful. I am grateful for the way she helped me think through my planned mountain walking trip, so that I was best placed to decide whether to postpone it.
