Overall experiences have been fair. When it comes to their monthly specials, it’s best to use your perks ASAP. If not, they will try to cheat you out of them. My chart was mid-documented(it said that I received a prescription) when in fact I hadn’t. Turned out that my chart had been prerecorded, based on my past visits. When attempting to solve the dilemma, Connie L had the most unprofessional attitude that I’ve ever witnessed, but she’s part owner so I guess that flys in that office.... I won’t spend another penny there.
