I found Michelle at Body Transformation and I believe I’ve taken my life back! Decided after 2 years being retired and gaining 25 pounds I needed to do something! Thought about Laser Lipo but then heard about Body Transformations and Michelle! WOW is the best I can describe it! After an hour on the toning tables, 10 minutes on the shaker machine, and an hour wrapped, I feel like I have just had an amazing workout! Between that, the diet drops, and diet plan, I have dropped 18 pounds in 4 weeks and my stomach is definitely getting tighter! Can’t praise her enough!!!
