Pretty disappointing. I ordered two items 6 weeks ago. One of them still hasn't shipped. The one that did ship was the wrong size, due to an error with the SKU's on their website. I emailed customer service, and Allen initially got back to me promptly. We traded several emails over a day or two. We tried to exchange it for the right size, but they were all sold out.
