I had my first full body massage with Charlene today and wow the whole experience was so calm and professional! She tailored it to how I wanted and I feel amazing! Highly recommend Charlene! Will be booking in for January ❤️

Charleen has really helped me with my back/shoulder and arm problems. Before I visited her relaxing massage room I used to be in so much agony, but after a couple of sessions here I already started to feel better and now I go on a regular basis to maintain it. I would highly recommend to anyone
I have been seeing Charlene regularly over the years and can honestly say she is amazing. I have tried a variety of treatments, from Hot Stones, Indian Head Massage and Full Body massages, and most recently pregnancy massage. Every time I have been to Body Therapy, I have felt completely relaxed, and any knots truly worked on. Charlenes therapy room is very relaxed and calming with dimmed lighting, soothing music and a heated massage bed.
