I booked a massage with Body Synergy Massage & Movement Redcliffe, shortly after moving /relocating to this area nearly 2 years, now. and i have had a good number of sessions since, . I can honestly say, Ruth is the best body work therapist, i have ever attended. My calander plan of what am i going to do, to support/ enhance my self-care rituals every season, top of that list, goes "i must book a few session with Ruth". Ruth is a remarkable therapist. She has a gift of healing. Her treatments have given me welcome relief from knee and back pain and cause for optimism. Ruth is very obviously skilled at what she does coupled with the right amounts of intuition, sensitivity, experience and professionalism. Highly recommended.
Ruth knows exactly where the tight spots are and works her magic to relieve the pain.
For about 7 years I have been getting increasingly stiffer in my lower back and across my rib cage on the back. I have had many massages in the past to try and relieve the pain and stiffness but found massages that dug deep never got to the route of the problem.
