I cannot recommend Betty at Body Source Therapeutic Massage enough!! I initially went to Betty a few years ago with tightness and fatigue from knots in my upper back; Betty worked through these areas and explained what those spots were, and the process it was going to take to fix them. I am so appreciate of her vast knowledge and approach, and the results speak for themselves! Betty work’s on my 10 year old son to help reduce physical symptoms caused by stress and anxiety and he has had great results!

Betty got me in right away to work on a recent injury. She was very knowledgeable and informative about what muscle groups she was working on and what was going on in my body on a physiological level as well. Betty suggested healing and prevention methods and made the massage still a relaxing experience. I frequently get massages and Betty is the best I have ever worked with. I left feeling amazing !
