I’ve been a client here for over 3 years and have always appreciated the quality of their massages and acupuncture. I’ve referred many friends as well. That said, my experience with billing and extended benefits has been very disappointing. I come here for either RMT or Accupressure services and I always feel better after every session! Definitely recommend them and express all your pains so they can serve you better. I also love how i can easily book online! Busiest are the last 2 months of the yr so book asap.
I have been to this location before but this time not very satisfactory experience. RMT Eunyoung Lee was kind of rude and didn’t let me explain my problems. Her technique was kind of pinching all muscles which I didn’t feel comfortable with. Strangely after 2 days my shoulder pain was much better but my back still hurts.. anyway I am not sure if I would like to go with her again.
Carmen is an amazing massage therapist! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a massage. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients. I've been seeing her this past year and always leaves refreshed!
