I would not even rate this place one star. I felt we had a lucky escape. For my birthday my friend organized a massage for both of us and was very clear we wanted them at the same time. When we arrived 10 mins early as told at 9.50 am the place was locked and in darkness. We double checked out booking and it was on the Saturday at 10 am. Worst massage we have ever had my three year old daughter could have done a better job extremely overpriced for the service provided they promised to rebook me another appointment because they gave me the wrong treatment but then they went and cancelled it after I left very sad
I wish I read the reviews before I came here!! Ladies were very lovely which makes me feel really bad about writing a negative review. But this place is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. I had the Marble Bath and the Deluxe Pedicure. The bath felt dirty and gritty, there was supposed to be refreshments provided to you and relaxing oils, received neither. The massage was just ok. Massage was ok, facial was the worst I have ever experienced. This is not a day spa.
