Service was fine however I don't think it's appropriate to ask a customer, in front of a waiting room full of other customers, if you'd like to tip, and then suggest 20%. That decision is between me and your pin pad. I also wonder if my service person even received the tip? I hope so
My wife and I were really happy with the service we got for hair and pedicure. Front desk lady was very welcoming and nice. I definitely recommend this place.
