I went a few weeks ago for the first time to see Peggy. I was very stressed and congested. She provided me with the best massage and minimized my stress while flushing my lymphatic system. I will be sure to come back.
Great massage and also provides lots of tips for improving posture and reducing back pain for the long term.
Peggy is gifted in massage therapy. I felt great afterwards. Also the place is clean and well appointed. Relaxing scent and music. She gave me a treatment for over an hour and helped me with my sleeping posture. I will be back. Amazing amazing experience.
I had a great massage with Peggy! The experience was incredibly relaxing, and she did an excellent job targeting my tight, sore areas. Peggy is very knowledgeable about muscular structure and took the time to explain what she was doing, which I really appreciated. I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend!
Ive tried MANY massage parlors from private to corporations and the treatment is never like Body and Soul MT. I’ve been going to Body and Soul with Peggy since 2019-2020 & I refuse to go anywhere else!!! I see her monthly for a deep tissue massage & cupping treatment. The massage room is very clean, relaxing and always smells good! She is very knowledgeable and recommends the right stretches! We have the funniest conversations and always look forward to them. I highly recommend Body and Soul!!
