Braydon helped me after I pushed myself a bit too hard at CrossFit. My left knee felt injured. It turned out that the muscles in my leg were just extremely tight. After just one session, I’m back to running to CrossFit and pushing it in the WODs.
Braydon is a top-notch dude. I have been having the worst year of my life and he has shown me lots of patience and compassion. I appreciate the one-on-one time greatly because most physical therapists just push you off on their assistants and it is hard to get your questions answered. There is still so much unknown with what is happening to me but Braydon seems down for the challenge and provides a comfortable space. Scheduling is also super easy to do. Scheduling the appointment was easy. He did a thorough evaluation of the problem area and surrounding structures. He was able to find the spots that were referring the pain and began to work on them. He continued to study and seek more information on my problem. He was able to recommend exercises to do to strengthen the area and stabilize it.
