Michael is amazing. This technique of massage is so relaxing and stretches out your muscles in a way that makes a difference with healing and moving better. It helps the muscles to let go and stop being so tight, which then affects all the connecting muscles. The treatment space is serene and quiet, and Michael is calming, professional and kind- and is also totally reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about body solutions 101. I’ve been getting my body worked on for many years and when I get my treatments, it’s amazing how much better my body feels. I work hard, I play hard so I really can’t live without getting these treatments. If your body is so sore, if your body is torn up, go see Mike. You won’t regret it. Best bodywork I’ve ever had. I’ve been to every chiropractor, I’ve been to acupuncture, acupressure, but what Mike does with his hands are magic to the body.
