Alex and Mavis are outstanding physiotherapists—highly professional and caring. I injured my lower back the day before a 12-hour flight and was so close to cancelling my holiday. Thanks to Alex’s expertise, I went from barely being able to walk on my own to boarding my flight and enjoying a wonderful trip. My whole family goes to Body Solution, and we feel so fortunate to have such excellent practitioners nearby. Thank you for always taking such good care of us.
If you need any kind of physio help this is the place to visit! Reception is comfy (love the plant) & the girls are warm & friendly. Mavis gets right to the problem, and you can feel that's the place where you need restoration & healing. Chatty & fun with good advice plus simple exercises I am on the road to recovery.
