I've been going to Vernon for physical training and massage for 6 months. He is good at what he does and has a great passion for helping people. Vernon is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I didn't exactly know what I was getting into, because this was my first time working with a physical trainer. I'm glad I chose to work with him. He had no availability or help it seemed. Doesn't allow for any weekend appointments or appointments after 4PM. I'll give him 2 stars because he was straightforward, but didn't provide any solutions at all.
Outstanding trainer / coach. I used the personal training and care services here for over a year. I say this because Vernon teaches as he guides me and my friend through our workouts and regimen. Also, he is a great masseuse and foot reflexologist. My posture and balance are so much better after working with Body Sole Work! The location is private, clean and organized. I have been going to the standard physical therapy after knee surgery for a month now and was not progressing so I reached out to Body Sole Work and I was blown away by how Vernon was able to think outside of the box for different exercises. After reading some of the reviews, I’ve seen a lot of “he was rude” comments when I experienced no such thing or perhaps I am just not overly sensitive.
