Staff is rude and unprofessional. Not only were they rude to me, but they made inappropriate comments about another client's body type during my visit. I did not receive the full amount of time that I paid for and my masseuse was on and off his phone throughout my entire massage. Do not go here.
Chi Spa in Wellington Mall is an absolute disgrace. This place is filthy, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable to be operating in a public mall. Nothing about it feels clean, safe, or legitimate. The moment you walk in, you can tell standards do not exist here. The staff is rude, careless, and clearly untrained.
