Chi Spa in Wellington Mall is an absolute disgrace. This place is filthy, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable to be operating in a public mall. Nothing about it feels clean, safe, or legitimate. The moment you walk in, you can tell standards do not exist here. The staff is rude, careless, and clearly untrained. I’ve been a regular customer here and have always appreciated the quality of the massages. Today, however, I came in specifically requesting a 20-minute massage because I had plans to go to the cinema. Despite repeating my request multiple times, I was pressured into a 30-minute session. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Awful experience. I called and made an appointment at 6pm for a 90minutes couples massage. The massage started and we had two masseuses each and we asked why two people. We were told they were closing early so they will do 45 minutes, but we would still have to pay for 90minutes because we had two masseuses per person. We left immediately. What a scam. And the awful woman even said “you have to pay for 5 minutes” !!! UNBELIEVABLE.
