Bought a voucher online, and scheduled an appointment. Their equipment was broken. Tried 4 more times to reschedule, only to get canceled again and again because of broken equipment. Ultimately, I requested a refund. Unfortunately I was lied to by their management about the refund. Left multiple messages about the status of my refund.
