My mother purchased a gift certificate under ownership without any notice of charge. Now new owners are giving her the runaround. We have visited this establishment since they were on Electric Rd and now new owners have lost our business.
New owner using old name and website but not accepting gift certificates purchased in February before covid shut them down. Now i am out of over $200 they will never have me as a customer.
Very disappointed- my husband bought a gift certificate for a couples massage and hot stone treatment at Christmas last year. Before we could use it, COVID hit. Then the business was sold and the new owner won’t honor the gift certificate - she has more of a “not my problem” mentality. Now we’re out all that money. I have been shopping around for a good spa for a while now and had high hopes for here but I guess it’s not going to happen.
