One word, INCREDIBLE! I am so happy I found Thomas and his wife Tonya, what a great team they make. My husband and I were being provided outrageous quotes by the name brand spas for Coolsculpting, but Body Sculpting by Design far exceeded the competition for pricing and customer service.
