Amazing service as soon as we walked in. Massage was the best and 90 min was the perfect amount of time to relax and unwind. I would come again if I’m ever in Queenstown.
Absolutely amazing from start to finish. I didn't pre-book but they were more than accommodating to fit me in around my availability. I had a package (I think called me time), where I had an hour massage and then an hour facial and then I also had my eyebrows shaped and tinted. As a local to Queenstown of almost 9 years, and a massage therapist myself I’m super picky with my massages. My partner booked me in for a 90min massage for my birthday with Vinny and wow she was so so amazing! As always the beds are warm and comfy! Vinny did such a detailed consultation with me. Worst experience I’ve ever had for 250 nzd… so traumatising that I had to ask them to stop… where do I start… - started off with good back massage, then head massage was only focusing on rubbing along my hairline, even though I requested for a scalp massage - hair is all tangled up and does not offer hair brush - only started randomly pressing other parts of my head when requested with no techniques - the staff was also coughing and have bad smelling breathe, could’ve worn a mask.
