Earlier this year I received five remedial massages, most of them from Jo, for Gluteal Tendinopathy. I had tried several months of physio, acupuncture, moxibustion and shock treatment on the muscles with only minor relief. The massages were targeted and very effective, completely relieving the condition. Recently I came back for 3 sessions for bursitis in my left hip and again the massage is helping. Being hung up on when trying to book a massage for a friend is not really what I expect from a so called "wellness" professional. Bad enough that the woman is dragging herself to work when unwell (while trying to tell me they have strict protocols....), but being lectured and chastised for trying to tell her my needs and scheduling constraints for allegedly not letting her speak, is not what I need. I just had a 90minute pregnancy massage with Kamila. I am 37W 2D pregnant. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Kamila made me feel comfortable and had a lovely warm presence about her. I would highly recommend. Thank you again for a lovely experience 🥰
First time to this centre as I received a voucher from my work colleagues prior to going on mat leave. I booked for an hour and a half pregnancy massage starting at 10:30. I received two confirmations about the time and duration of my massage which I replied to both. I arrived 10 mins early as instructed during the time of booking, completed the forms and had a cup of tea whilst awaiting my appointment.
