Wow. I was secptial at first, but I thought i'd give it a try. Let me tell you I'm so glad I did. I lost 4.6 inches and about a pound of fat just in a 50 min session... Just ONE. I can't believe it! Definitely made a believer out of me. Thank you Joyce at Body Revolution.
