Prior to having my Lymphatic Massage and Drainage I was quite apprehensive . As soon as I walked into her very welcoming Room and met Kizzy I knew I was in good hands. She is extremely knowledgable and experienced , and this together with her calm and professional manner ensured that I felt so much better after my treatment. I would highly recommend Kizzy and will be certainly returning.

I got a remedial massage and some dry needling today to help muscle recovery from running. Kizzy was amazing! It’s such a beautiful calming space and she made me feel very comfortable. I left feeling looser and less tense, helping prepare my muscles for my race in a few days time. Would recommend! Thanks 🙏
