They provide extremely poor service and even encourage friends to leave misleading positive reviews to influence other customers. It’s important to be cautious before giving them your business, because once you become a customer, the quality of treatment can drop significantly. Overall, the experience feels unprofessional and disappointing, and I would not recommend them based on how they handle their customers

I had five physiotherapy sessions, and I called reception to ask whether I had been approved for two more sessions under Alberta Health. The conversation sounded unprofessional because when I gave them my name and phone number, they told me I had never been there before. I was confused because I had already called them four times, and they still hadn’t figured it out. So I told them I was coming in person.
