I highly recommend Michael and his staff at Body Rehab and Performance in Eustis, Fl. I needed help strengthening my core before and after spinal surgery. Michael evaluated me in great detail. If you want the best chance at a full recovery after surgery or an injury, go to Body Rehab & Performance in Eustis. Michael and the team are true pros—knowledgeable, encouraging, and fully committed to your progress. I had an incredible experience regaining mobility after major surgery. They give you personalized attention, challenge you at the right pace, and tailor exercises you can continue at home or at the gym. I paid out of pocket instead of using insurance and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend—10/10!
