I’ve been coming here for a while doing the amazing cryofacials !!! I recently came in for a stretch session, boy did that feel AMAZING when I was done!!! I can’t wait to have another stretch session! Becky is an absolute sweetheart and very much cares for her clients.
1st time utilizing Assisted Stretch services and LOVED it! Seeing the difference in my flexibility before the appt vs after the appt was amazing. I also left more relaxed. The stretching protocol Becky used was 'spot on'. Being my 1st time, she explained what she was doing beforehand. I will definitely go back again. Becky is topnotch!
I had an amazing experience with Becky at Body Redefined! I utilized the assisted stretching service and was very pleased with her professionalism and knowledge. Throughout the session, Becky continually checked in to ensure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend Body Redefined and all the services offered! I look forward to returning!
