I returned to B&P on my recent visit after moving in 2020. Body & Pole is still the best workout and training I have experienced for aerial arts conditioning. The teachers are fun, engaging, thorough, inspiring. Level 2 Spin Pole with Gretchen yesterday -> Fandamntastic!!!! Checked in for my pole class early, stepped out for 10 mins because I had an emergency phone call with my family. Came back to attend the class and the ladies at the desk wouldn’t let me in even though the class had only started 6 minutes ago. The energy of the lady who came up to me was very accusatory and not a good tone of voice. As I was a leaving she said have a good night in a sarcastic tone. Would truly hope for a better customer service experience in these cases and it was a let down. Truly a shame loved this studio.... read more
Clean studio, great instructor, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what you’re getting. Paying $48 to have to SHARE a pole with someone is insane. You’re only getting half of the class time, so you should be paying half the price. It should have been disclosed that you’d be sharing a pole with someone. Our instructor Dey was the one redeeming quality of this class, he brought incredible energy and was so welcoming and willing to help. Would totally sign up for a class with him if it was at a different studio.
