Carlos is very professional and knowledgeable helping to explain the results in easy to understand and actionable ways. Tip: show up in workout clothes if you can. Makes it easier for the machine to scan your body.
My husband and I found Body of Truth online when looking for a body composition scan. Carlos was very helpful and explained the results of the Inbody scan in detail. We plan to come back in a few month for another scan to track our progress for our fitness goals! Thank you!
