Uncomfortable would best describe this massage experience. We had two different ideas on what the appointment time was, and he wasn't able to complete a full massage in an hour so we had to upgrade to 90 min. Healthcare pricing and payment options weren't brought up until afterwards. We discussed pressure needs in advance and there wasn't much pressure for a medical massage so I will be looking elsewhere. Live and learn. Glad others had a great experience.
