From reception to physiotherapy sessions, everything is top notch at body and balance in Creemore. Thanks to Amy for keeping me up to date on all my appointments and to Kailey for her professional and friendly care.
I went to see Mel, from Body and Balance Creemore, after having a fall down my stairs. Mel took the time to assess to damage to the muscles and prescribe a detailed set of workouts to regain mobility in said muscles. Over a period of 4-5 weeks, I saw a near total return to my muscles affected in the injury, where the remaining balance will come with more time for repair and workouts.
