I have had a wonderful experience with all of the practitioners at Body Mind & Soul for treatments including massage, spinal flow and kinesiology. They are all highly skilled and continue to develop their knowledge so that they can offer an effective treatment. The clinic itself is a relaxing environment to help you get the most from your experience. I felt so relaxed and supported during and after all of my sessions. I highly recommend all of the practitioners at Body Mind & Soul!
Megan is a very good masseur, she has done wonders with relieving my neck pain and loosening my tense muscles. Highly recommended this business to thoes who need help with pain.

I had an amazing experience with Alarna for a Spinal Flow session. She takes so much care to understand your needs and creates a relaxing environment to help you get the most from your treatment. I felt so relaxed and supported during and after the session. I didn't know what to expect but the experience helped me regulate my nervous system and move through some anxiety I had been holding onto. Highly recommend Alarna and all the practitioners at Body Mind Soul!
Just wow. Had FOUR MONTHS of misdiagnosis from traditional medical doctors and after an hour of Kinesiology with Lisa she diagnosed my problem in an hour. Quite literally saved my life. Cannot recommend Body & Soul more highly. 🙏
