Amazing relaxing experience. Did a float session, sound bed, salt cave, and Infared Sauna with red light therapy. Walked out of there feeling like I was levitating. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going here for over a year now, and it truly feels like an oasis. I actually found it randomly through a review just like this one and had no idea a place like this even existed in Bay Ridge. The owner, J9, is absolutely amazing — warm, kind, and such a wonderful energy, which really carries throughout the entire space she’s created. This place is truly a hidden gem. The space is beautiful, clean, and offers such a great variety of wellness services. I took a Pilates class with Chass in the salt cave, and it was an incredible experience. I went in feeling congested from seasonal allergies and left breathing so much better. It’s been a few days and I still haven’t felt congested since. The salt float bath looks so interesting, and I can’t wait to try the sound therapy and saunas next. So happy I found this spot. Mind Body Salt is an oasis and sanctuary in the heart of Brooklyn! I spent an hour in the flotation pod and drifted off into another world! My mind was free to dance in complete peace, you’d be surprised what you’d discover! This was truly the most relaxing and liberating experience of my life! J9 was as courteous and professional as could be. I highly recommend any of their therapies to anyone in the city looking to get away from it all and connect with yourself again!
The salt cave and sauna was the perfect couple’s reset. We’re looking forward to going back to experience more. J9 is the loveliest.
