I cannot say enough wonderful things about Body Mechanics! Finding this practice was truly one of the best things that could have happened for me. My primary therapist, Joe, has been absolutely phenomenal. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care have made such a difference in treating my neck pain. Body Mechanix is an excellent environment for athletes who are returning to play. One of the staff members, Lucas, even came in after surgery to come play soccer with me! So special shoutout to Lucas!

I walked in with pain and walked out pain free. It’s a miracle truly Joe really knows his stuff very well involved with individual treatment. Jackie, well what can I say but she is a Jack of all trades, it seems like she never stops she helps instruct with exercises takes notes always listens to what the therapist is instructing her to do. Body Mechanix is the place for me thanks everyone involved here at the east Rutherford clinic.
