I was there with my girlfriend during her appointment with Hannah, and I want to share what actually happened. She paid $250 for ash color and highlights after being clearly told the color would last until her new roots came in. At no point was she informed that this was only a temporary ash spray or that it would fade completely within just 2 weeks. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Hannah. When I went in for ash hair color, I was clearly told that the color would last until my new roots grew in. Based on that promise, I paid $250 expecting a long-lasting professional result. However, within just 20 days, the color was almost completely gone. This is the place to go in Prince Albert! Fabulous atmosphere with friendly staff and great service. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will be happy to book in again.

I had a hair experience where I wasn't happy with my colour but body mechanics made it right. Rebooked me within a week and had it corrected. I was very happy with that customer service. I also had the hydro facial and it was so great, only wish it lasted longer 🤣
