I've been to a number of Physical Therapists over the last 20 years but Body Mechanics has been a revelation. My Therapist, Alexis LaPointe, was incredibly skillful, instructive and encouraging throughout my recovery from Sciatica in both legs. Alexis was my Therapist, she was fantastic. Went in with Severe back pain and she helped me find ways to stretch and strengthen my back and reduce the pain to almost nothing.

Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. My consultation was with Dave. He was awesome! He was quickly able to diagnose the core issue and even did some treatment during the consultation. I walked out of the appointment feeling better than when I walked in!!
