Body Mechanics is a bright star in Buena Vista. I have been seeing Tammy for lower lumbar physical therapy. I recommend Tammy...She is a great physical therapist, very knowledgeable, personable and fun. You don't normally hear someone say that it is fun to go to physical therapy but they make it that way! It's a great group of therapists and there is always a greeting smile from the front desk staff when you come in.

After ankle surgery for a torn ligament and small fracture, I began seeing Garrett for PT at Body Mechanics. The entire staff is friendly and their facility is attractive and clean. Garrett was always thorough and kind, knowledgeable and professional. Early on he asked me what I wanted to do again that I couldn't do since surgery and we worked to achieve my goals. The take home exercises were always clear and just challenging enough. I highly recommend Body Mechanics to anyone needing physical therapy!

Garrett at Body Mechanics helped me to improve my posture and reduce the stress on my body. He gives knowledgeable and personal care to help with pain so you can get back to normal. Friendly staff and clean facility. Highly recommend.
