A wonderful experience at an affordable price!
Had two massages this month, and both where amazing. They are professional, polite, and knowledgeable of their craft. Warm blankets, comfy table, and hands that can work all those knots out. Wonderful experience. 5/5 would go back again.
I've been coming to Body Mechanics on a monthly basis for the past couple of years. I routinely get a typical one hour full body therapeutic massage and regardless of the masseuse it's always been excellent. I am currently seeing Alejandra as my massage therapist and she is excellent. She is of course well-trained and versed in all aspects of therapeutic massage and cares very much for her clients wellness. The owner is friendly and caring in making massage affordable. The student therapist Hayden did an excellent job and I will definitely be returning.
I had a great first massage with Lisa from Body Mechanics. She talked with me about the area of focus. Communicated about pressure and comfort throughout. It was a calm relaxing environment perfect to just become one with the table. On my way out, I came across their Income based tier pricing.!It is a great option for anyone offering flexibility and a way for all backgrounds and incomes to get the Self care they need. Do what I did, take an hour of your day to schedule something and take care. You deserve great things too.
