I went to Richard with a shoulder pain in pressing movements and within one session he released the tension surrounding the joint and I haven't had an issue since. Excellent, friendy service!

After competing at an elite level throughout my sporting career I have seen various physiotherapist’s and sports massage therapists. After changing sports over the last year I have encountered new injuries, aches and pains. I came too Rich with a lower limb injury which he was than happy to help me with. He was extremely knowledgeable and competent whilst maintaining professionalism throughout. After only a few sessions I was really pleased with the results and would most definitely recommend Rich to anyone.
If you need a sports massage should 100% see Rich, he's been amazing in aiding me get back to running after some severe calf issues form the London Marathon. Top work. 💪👌👍
