I recently completed The C-Section Release Method Level 1 with Maddie and couldn’t recommend it more. She is an incredible teacher with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and she shares it in such a clear and supportive way. It was absolutely worth completing this course. I’ve learnt so much and feel genuinely excited to bring this work into my practice. x

It’s a deeply holistic approach that weaves together fascia, breath, nervous system support, and the emotional and energetic layers held within the body.
