I have had relaxing and refreshing massages from Darlene for the past twenty years. Very professional.
I have received massage therapy every two weeks from Darlene for nearly nine years. When we finish my hour-and-a-half session, I feel like my muscles are relaxed, more pliable and have more stretch than before. All my tension and stress is left behind on the floor under the massage table. Afterwards, I take a moment to rest, to let things settle, and as recommended, I drink lots of water to wash the released toxins from the blood stream, which will actually decrease residual pain.
