LOVED my weekly sessions leading up to my competition! Could not recommend enough for recovery, tummy flush and good chats
Always the best experience with Michael- cannot say enough good things about him. I was never into a firm massage and now can't live without it. I lived with shoulder and back pain for years not knowing it could be resolved- I now train and recover much better. Michael looked after me weekly in the lead up to a body building competition and was my secret weapon- his tummy flush massage was able to help me reveal a tighter more toned midsection. By far the best massage I have ever had.
