I asked questions on messenger and was asked to book a session, didn't say what type of session she was referring to. Then she wanted to call me. Told me she wanted me in for a therapeutic massage, I'm not sure what that is or how long it was going to last or what it should accomplish but it cost around $100. I had the most wonderful experience today at Tani's restorative yoga and reikiworkshopp. She was very attentive tong our needs and helped us to relax. Is it very welcoming and peaceful space. I highly recommend Body connect!

Great wellness center for both body and mind. Yoga and exercise instructors are very knowledgeable, kind, energetic, and teach to all levels. Very welcoming atmosphere.
