I had the most wonderful experience today at Tani's restorative yoga and reikiworkshopp. She was very attentive tong our needs and helped us to relax. Is it very welcoming and peaceful space. I highly recommend Body connect!

Great wellness center for both body and mind. Yoga and exercise instructors are very knowledgeable, kind, energetic, and teach to all levels. Very welcoming atmosphere.
From the first time I walked into Body Kinect I felt the warmness of everyone. The entire atmosphere is one of "how can I help you or what can we do to make you feel better". I have taken many yoga classes, had numerous massages and been treated by Lynn for some PT help. One of the advantages of this smaller business is that not only is the owner on-site almost all the time, but the staff all works together.
