Stuart was fantastic. Really clear when explaining everything and allowed me to ask questions without feeling rushed. This assessment is very detailed. You will learn a lot about your body! I was really impressed with his knowledge, understanding of the importance of how menstrual cycles can affect the bodies water composition. Note that this business appears to be in a large house. There’s no signage or waiting area. I arrived 5 mins early for my appointment, rang the doorbell and was told they were still with someone else, so I had to wait outside the front door in 4degree temperature. The person who had their appointment came out and I had to continue to wait outside. After waiting 10-15mins I went back to my car to wait and text to let me know when I could come in. Quick, easy and very informative. I didn't see a sign post out front. But to save you the trouble finding it for your first time it's the big green house on the corner.
