I joined Body in Sync late 2022 after a public 'come and try' session, and can't speak highly enough of the personalised support Lew, Courtney and the Team give me during the training sessions. I had never lifted free weights before and was a bit concerned as to how I would go. I have been seeing Courtney for well over 5 years! Courtney and the team are the only people I have found that have been able to manage and control sciatic nerve issues through remedial massage and focused stretching exercises.
