Our Mobile PT Service travels within a 15 minute radius of our Mebane clinic and supplies everything needed for a treatment session. Our goal is to give you the tools that you need to become pain-free, stronger, and more mobile for your everyday and sports/performance activities and teach you how to care for yourself.

I really appreciated working with Holly. She helped me recover from tennis elbow and develop a plan to continue building strength so the issue does not hold me back from my physically-demanding work. When the spine center diagnosed my lumbar herniation with nerve entrapment, they recommended McKenzie Therapy. Body in Motion was one of two providers in the area. Holly scheduled me promptly, and from the first session, I felt I was finally in control of my pain and rehabilitation process.
